SFEX CT Manteau, also called the Cable Tray Manteau, is very efficient in extinguishing the initial fire suppression with immediate responses in case of fire because when a micro capsule for fire extinguishing reacts to a certain temperature and flame, it automatically disperses extinguishing agents. It\'s based on a cooling fire extinguishing method, shows an excellent characteristic of being able to extinguish a fire completely with an immediate response at the time of initial fire if you cover it over the electric power line. SFEX Solution : SFEX CT Manteau / SFEX AP Tape 1. Horizontal Section Fire : Access Floor, Cable Pit, and Cable Tray Installation and How It Works 1. Cover the SFEX CT Manteau. 2. Uses of Optical Prisms Dispersion: Prisms can be used to separate white light into various colors, a process known as dispersion. When light is refracted through a prism, rainbow colors can be seen, and this is the principle behind the rainbow colors. Reflecting and redirecting light: Prisms can be used to reflect and redirect light, making them useful in optical systems such as telescopes, cameras and binoculars. Measuring Angles: Prisms can be used to measure angles by reflecting a laser beam onto a scale or detector. Beam Control: Prisms can be used to control laser beams in aerospace, medical and industrial applications. Polarization: Prisms can be used to separate light into its polarized state, which is useful in applications such as LCD displays, 3D glasses and polarization measurements. Imaging: Prisms are used to create images such as in periscopes, microscopes and endoscopes. Optical assemblies: Prisms can be used in combination with other optical elements and mechanical parts to create optical assemblies for a variety of applications. Interferometry: Prisms are used to split a laser beam into two or more beams, which can later be recombined to analyze the resulting interference pattern. Overall, the versatility of prisms allows them to be used in a wide range of applications such as scientific research, telecommunications, medicine and military technology. Spherical Lens Spherical lens, also known as a single lens, is an optical lens with a curved surface that converges or diverges light. They are widely used in imaging applications. Conjugate ratio, lens shape, radius of curvature, lens material, transmittance, wavefront aberration, scattered light, and type of coating are all features that must be considered when selecting a lens. Types of Spherical Optics There are two main types of spherical lenses: concave and convex. Concave lenses are thinner at the centre and thicker at the edges, while the opposite is true for convex lenses. At HS Optics, we routinely produce both types of spherical optics for a variety of imaging applications. The different formats we produce include: Poly lenses are called convex lenses. It is thicker at the centre than at the edges. Convex lenses come in several shapes and sizes depending on how they look and work: 1. Plano-convex lenses 2. Double-convex lenses 3. Meniscus lens (concave-convex lenses) Concave lenses. Thinner at the centre than at the edges. Concave lenses can be classified as follows: 1. Plano concave lenses 2. Double concave Lens 3.Convex-concave lenses
Plano Concave Lens A plano-concave lens is an optical lens with one concave and one flat surface. It has a negative focal length and can be used for light projection, beam expansion or to increase the focal length of an optical system. Plano concave lens bend parallel input rays so they diverge from one another on the output side of the lens and hence have a negative focal length. The spherical aberration of the plano concave lenses is negative and can be used to balance aberrations created by other lenses. Similar to the plano concave lens, the curvature surface usually faces the largest object distance or the infinite conjugate to minimize spherical aberration. Applications 1. Plano-concave lenses are commonly used to divert parallel beams in instruments such as Galilean beam expanders or telescopes. 2. Plano-concave lenses are also used for beam expansion of high peak power pulsed lasers. The incident beam will be focused on a concave surface to a point outside the instrument.
Light Beam Splitter Polarizing cube beam splitters split randomly polarized beams into two orthogonal, linearly, polarized components, S-polarized light is reflected at a 90°while P-polarized light is transmitted. Each beam splitter consists of a pair of precision high tolerance right angle prisms cemented together with a dielectric coating on the hypotenuse of one of prisms. Hongsheng provides high-precision light beam splitters designed for precise light management in optical systems. Our beam splitters are essential for dividing and combining light beams in scientific, industrial, and medical applications.
