Camisana produces organic and silicone rubber balls for the major and qualified manufacturers of vibrating screens and screens, providing them with a product specific to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry the balls are printed with appropriate materials, FDA certified and after their production they are ground and sanitized. Thus in the plastics, wood and recycling industries, in the metal and glass, ceramics, sand and minerals industries, every application requires cleaning balls with optimal characteristics: rebound, antistatic, wear, corrosion, load and temperature resistance.
We produce printed sheets in sizes 300X300 and 500X500 with different heights with EPDM, NBR, SILICONE, VITON or any other elastomer in the required hardnesses and colours.
It is a high quality enamel with a modified silicone resin base, which allows you to renew all surfaces normally exposed to high temperatures. Heat resistant up to 300 C-700 C (check the Technical data sheet). Application: parts of heaters, stoves, ovens, chimney flues, barbecues, fire screens, motorcycle mufflers, etc. don't expose in direct contact with flames. Important: to obtain an optimal and long lasting result it is necessary for the painted parts to be exposed even if only once, to a temperature of at least 180 ' C; any less will make the hardening and adhesion of the enamel only partial. Clean carefully the surface before application and shake vigorously the can. After use, it's advisable to spray for 2/3 seconds with the spray upside down, to avoid the block of the nozzle.
