Premire is a classic method white sparkling wine, produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes in Oltrep Pavese. It involves all senses with its brilliant colour, its golden reflections, and its fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is ample, it opens with notes of flowers, white peach and citrus fruits, which are able to combine perfectly with hints of green pepper and acacia honey.
