The process includes vacuum extrusion, cutting, product transfer, pre-drying, drying, stabilization and cooling. The proposed configuration includes a circular extrusion die and a cutting system prepared for penne production.

LONG PASTA AND SPAGHETTI PRODUCTION
The process includes vacuum extrusion, automatic spreading onto drying rods, pre-drying, drying, stabilization, product accumulation, stripping and cutting.

AUTOMATION AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Automatic continuous operation with PLC control and a PC/HMI operator interface for production process management.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR YOUR PROJECT
Mechanical assembly supervision, electrical installation supervision, commissioning, performance testing and operator training are available within the agreed scope of supply.
