The rails are brand new and only called used rails because of their anomalous sizes. The rails are cut in different sizes, as they did not pass the test of conformity of measurements due to inequalities. Therefore, rails are not suitable as railway track, but not classified as scrap.

1/ Buyer send LOI to the seller. LOI must be from the end buyer and indicates inside the payment method chosen below.
2/Seller issues FCO (available 7 days)
3/Buyer signs FCO and accepts fees proforma invoice indicates all the transaction details agreed after in the SPA and it's the document needed by buyer when start the processus for issuing the deal.
4/Buyer pays fees 1340 $ per ONE million ton to the seller to issu a commercial invoice, please note this amount is refundable after acceptance of the LC by the seller's bank.
5/Paiement terms :
By issuing a confirmed LC MT 700 with full amount (confirmed, not delay and irrevocable), as per the proforma invoice�¢??s terms and conditions by the buyer.
or issuing a revolving LC MT 760 with the bank guarantee to take all the quantity states on the proforma invoice has to be not less than 20 % of the value of the proforma invoice.
Possibility to negociate with DLC.
6/ Seller issues a SPA the buyer must be returned ywith 7 days.
7/ in case of requesting any documents, inspection certificate, etc. property rights, inspection of the goods, requesting a visit or video, the buyer can claim them by sending pre-advice bank draft MT 705, OR among the conditions of the letter of bank credit, confirmed bank, with the full value of the proforma invoice and its conditions

PROCEDURE:
1. Seller issues the FCO
2. The buyer physically inspects the goods in Kenya
3. After clientâ??s satisfaction, buyer and seller enter into a contract according to their own agreement.
4. Upon signing of the contract, the buyer will cater for the goods insurance, logistics and cutting charges summing to at least 10% of the whole contract value.
5. Note that the above charges are deductible from the final invoice value and the remaining balance of 90% is to be paid in negotiations with some after documentation including Bill of Lading and some balance after the goods arrive to the buyerâ??s final destination port. i.e. (Terms are Negotiable)'
6. After loading, the seller/representative will travel together with the buyer to assist and witness discharge/offloading and to control the wire transfer of the final payment to be made to sellerâ??s nominated bank account within 48 hours after receipt of the final assay report from buyerâ??s inspection.
7. In future quantities, seller shall notify the buyer of availability and the above procedure will be repeated.
