PVC wave board extrusion line can continuously produce colorful, weather-resistant, burning resistant UPVC plastic wave board, together with the SJSZ-60 22 conical twin-screw extruder and the corresponding wave board molding machine ,hauling engine and cutter. Extruder We mainly produce extruders for profiles, pipes, sheets and boards. Double screw extruder has a series: sjsz45, 55, 65, 80 and 92. Single screw extruder has a series: sj25, 30, 45, 65, 90, 120 and 150. All extrusion line adopts infinite speed variation by frequency converter, overload protection, trouble alarm, constant oil temperature in screw, oil cooling in barrel and the devices of vacuum exhausting as well as fixed quantity feed.
