Dakumar high speed injection moulding machine from the model Nr. DKM118 to DKM780, the standard high speed injection moulding machines are equiped with accumulator to realize the high speed turning of the screw. Extruder: High speed, high efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE material, grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently fed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extruding.
Die head: The extrusion die head has two channel structure, nitriding and polishing handling, special designed mouth molds, suitable for different material and different ring stiffness pipe production. The special molds structure assures the inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator : Corrugator is adopted horizontal structure with shuttle type transmission, equipped with advanced water cooling system and vacuum forming system. It greatly increases the production speed. Special belling on line function decreases investment cost and improves production efficiency. Reducing quantity of mold blocks can reduce investment cost and energy consumption. Mold blocks adopt Siemens servo motor drive and advanced self-lubrication system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability.
Mold blocks: They are corrugated forming molds which are formed by special aluminum alloy material through precision casting. They have high precision and strength, and excellent heat dissipation.
Cutting machine: High-strength alloy steel blade, Rotary cutting, smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting. The tracking device makes the cutting location precision. Germany Siemens professional PLC programmed controlling system makes operation easy and sensitive.
Control system: It adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.

The machine use the high-performance servo dynamic control system, the oil pump as power source, having the characteristics as follow: high response, saving energy, low noise, high-control precision, and have the breakthrough
Dkm electro-hydraulic servo system uses the slim motor design which the moment of inertia is small, coupled with the most advanced dsp computing device, to realize the oriented vector control of magnetic field. The system has fast response. Part of the servo motor can reach the maximum speed 2, 500 r/min, and the change of the speed from zero to maximum speed only needs 36 ms. Actions, such as the opening and closing of the mould, injection table movement, ejector pin moving forward and backward, are obviously speed up, shortening the formation cycle time and improving productivity.
Precision
We take the high-precision spinned transformer which reach 4096 pulse/r as the feedback element of motor rotate speed (flow) and take the high-precision tension sensor as the feedback element of pressure. And control the pressure and flow with double-closed loop. Realize various control calculation using high-speed dsp which make it real to keep the average pressure inaccuracy within 0.5 bar and the inaccuracy of rotate speed control within 0.1%, and the hysteresis hoop is zero. Hence, the repeat accuracy of product weight is very high that meet customer's need to pursue the high precision in production.
The machine use the a high response proportional variable-capacity system, make rms of the hydraulic system match to the machine running energy, avoid throttling and loss of overflow energy tremendously, decrease the machine calorific value, and save the electricity from 30%~60% compared with the common standard machine, the economic efficiency will be more obvious, which could provide our customers with broad room to choose.
