We have established two dust-free workshops, one for high speed precison cnc and wire cutting machines and another for high precision edm.
We have 5 sets of 20, 000 rpm cnc with accuracy of 0.005mm, and the size of the worktable can reach 1100*600.
Our wire cutting machining can accuracy to 0.005mm, and surface will be mirror finishing. Same precision of our edm, two from japaní¬mitsubishi & sodick, and another two from switzerland-chamilles & agie.
Uni tooling also have inspection equipments to control the quality of each component, such as cmm and projector.
