PVC wave board extrusion line can continuously produce colorful, weather-resistant, burning resistant UPVC plastic wave board, together with the SJSZ-60 22 conical twin-screw extruder and the corresponding wave board molding machine ,hauling engine and cutter.
It can also produce the plastic flat board by changing some assembly. Besides it can produce PP.PC wave board by changing the mainframe. This unit has the characteristics of excellent plasticization, stable performance, compact structure, high automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal machine for the manufactures of constructions.
We mainly produce extruders for profiles, pipes, sheets and boards. Double screw extruder has a series: sjsz45, 55, 65, 80 and 92. Single screw extruder has a series: sj25, 30, 45, 65, 90, 120 and 150. All extrusion line adopts infinite speed variation by frequency converter, overload protection, trouble alarm, constant oil temperature in screw, oil cooling in barrel and the devices of vacuum exhausting as well as fixed quantity feed.
The electric parts are from world famous brand, such as simens, omron, mitsubishi, abb, lg and rkc.
The sprue bushing is often used with locating ring, and it is a plastic component which is used to let the melted plastic materials go into the inside runner through the mouth.
