Hot runner mold theory:
ííwith heat manifold and heat drops inserted in injection mold, the resin could keep in the molten state as it flows through the barrel. Then it gate into the cavity just as inject directly from the machine nozzle. No runner and cold sprue will exist during the production.

2.Silicon rubber for mold making features
Silicon rubber for mold making is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50Aípafter curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength ,tear strength and elongation.
3.Silicon rubber for mold making operations
If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.
The manual molding silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number of product duplication with all kinds of samples and the curing agent is free.

The manual molding silicon rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, pvc plastic molds, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc.
3. The manual molding silicon instruction:
1. The manual molding silicon is applied to small products or products with fine patterns. The mold for the fine detailed and small products should be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.
2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.
