Polyimide film production process: casting, stretching. The color is yellow and transparent, and its relative density is 1.39 to 1.45. It has outstanding high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties. It can be used in air at 250-280C for a long time. The glass transition temperatures were 280C (Upilex R), 385C (Kapton), and 500C or more (Upilex S). The tensile strength is 200 MPa at 20C and greater than 100 MPa at 200C. Particularly suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and a variety of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
