It is a kind of banded-shaped insulation material woven by polyester fiber. It has heat resistance and insulation property. It is used for coil binding and fastening on transformers, reactors, electric motors and other products, and has high heat shrinkage rate, high hot tensile strength, no loose or dropping, and no pollution to the oil.

HDPE Strength Films is made with high-strength film, a cross-laminated polyolefin film, which provides the tear-, burst- and puncture-resistant properties.
Main Features:
1. High-strength film, a cross-laminated polyolefin film, which provides the tear-, burst- and puncture-resistant properties, the waterproof performance is better than a conventional film.
2. Solved the problem of wrinkle and burst after construction without padding HDPE polymer sheet.
3. The membrane, after technical processing, has a function of anti-ultraviolet, even prolonged exposure after construction; the appearance quality will not affected up to 6 months or so.
4. With a resistant of high and low temperature, the membrane can adapt to climate change of the hot and cold regions. Excellent elongation and tensile properties, the membrane also could be adapted to the deformation of base structure.
5. The membrane has a special puncture resistance, self-healing and continued tear resistance, and excellent water tightness.
