Our paper bag production line consists two parts, one is paper tube making machine, another is bottom pasting machine. This production line can make 2-4 color printing, bottom valved paper bags. This kind of bags can be used for packing cement, mortar, chemicals materials and other granule or powder materials. Bags can be 2~4 layers kraft paper or clupak paper and one layer of PE material. 1) HT series paper tube making machine can produce multi-ply paper tube. Material paper reels being unwinding automatically, multi-layers paper tube will be formed automatically. Perforation, tearing down, tension control, deviation rectifying, counting is controlled automatically. A multi-color flexo printing machine is connected with this machine, paper tube can get 2-4 color printing. 2) HD series bottom pasting machine does pasting work to the paper tube.
