When scale is present, The tubes should first scraped out to remove as much as possible and then Flushed out with a hose. Dosage Circulate a 10% solution (10 gallons of lc 235 for every 100 gallons of Water.) for a period of four to six hours depending on the scale thickness. Solution may be heated for effectiveness by steaming. The system should Then be drained and inspected. If more scale remains, repeat the process. When the cleaning process is complete, flush with clean water and place it Back in service. For storing / stand by system use lc 253 or lc 252.
