White Tea is taken from the youngest tea leaves which are still rolled up, resembling a bud, these tea leaves are harvested and dried where it turns to a white and silver colored from the fuzz that surround the leaves. White Tea has a needle like shape which is why it's often called silver needle. White Tea is known for its high antioxidant level compared to other teas, it also has numerous other health benefits, as in lowering cholesterol, protecting the heart, antimicrobial and antivirus properties, preventing diabetes melitus, etc. White Tea produces a light yellow colored tea which can be enjoyed whether hot or cold without affecting its antioxidant properties.
