Nectar/Syrup/Liquid Coconut Sugar coming from
selected premium coconut sap water and this
product is natural. Preservative for this product
using extract mangosteen rind. The Glycemix Index
of coconut sugar is 35 GI per serving, while refined
white sugar 100 GI. It also has high mineral
content.
We are taking care very carefully from the coconut
flower handling, on time harvesting, on time
cooking-requires skill and attention in order to
preserve the quality sap from overcooking or other
mishandling, selecting through quality assessment
of the liquid sap, packing with stable temperature
and controlled pressure, and it need to deliver
using reefer container (15°C).
