We get them manufactured using Airslip Technology & Continuous Homogenization furnaces. We control & monitor our quality using the latest technology, namely Rotary Flux Injector, Electro Magnetic Stirrer, SNIFF in Line Degassing System, ALSCAN (by ABB) Hydrogen Detector & Prefil Inclusion Detector etc.
Our extrusion billet is capable of being extruded into a range of profiles for soft to high strength applications and good surface finish for value added finishing applications such as anodizing and powder coating. Typical uses of extruded products from the billet supplied by us include architectural applications, building and kitchen suite sections and they are used in a variety of engineering and transport applications.
