The material used for the manufacture of briquettes should have a low water content to achieve a high calorific value. The presence of volatile materials also affects how fast the rate of briquette burning; Materials that have high volatile materials will burn out faster.
Our charcoal briquette is made of 100 % granular coconut shell charcoal that is crushed and moulded using a natural binder. As fuel, it is easier to ignite, hotter and the product lasts longer than ordinary charcoal.
