Our miners has a good record, they can provide guarantees to loading of cargos and coal specifications, they have their own dump truck, stockpile and jetty, so you don't have to worry about dealing with them because they are very experience in this business and make all transactions go smoothly.
Our miner produce low ash and low sulphur grade coal. The Coal is from a single mine with main seam thickness of 30 - 40 metres. Quality control begins at Mine site and Port Stockpile. We engage the package services of an Independent Superintending Inspection Agency for in pit sampling and testing fro mine to Port Stockpile as well as for exports sampling analysis and weight certification on Barge or Mother Vessel.
Our mine is located at South Kalimantan with an area of concession of 50 Hectares. The capacity to produce 300,000 per month, our officers and owners have significant experience in the coal mining industry.
Our coal contains a kind of low-sulfur, low-ash and therefore low-polluting coal that can be found in only a couple of places in the world. It burns so cleanly that it meets the requirements of our clients who are environmental conscious without additional technology. It can be blended with higher grade coal to reach higher yield. Our coal is very environmentally friendly.
DRILLING & GEOLOGICAL:
Mine Geologist provide advice and expertise on the geological aspects of development and production in mine. In overseeing drilling and surface exploration, they help to determine likely directions for future development.
Typical work activities include exploring, dating and sampling mineral deposits; interpreting and mapping the geology of a mine; preparing and presenting data; checking the quality levels of materials produced for reserve assessment; classifying resources; assessing geotechnics and aquifer drainage; undertaking environmental impact studies; updating details and databases.
COAL GETTING & HAULING:
The extracted coal are loaded on to 30 tonnes coal hauling trucks and transported approximately 15 km along the hauling road to the jetty stockpile where the ROM Coal are stocked according to coal quality and processing plant.
The coal is then crushed to standards specifications and quality requirements of the clients. These coal are then loaded on the barge for onward carriage to the waiting Mother Vessel or directly to the clients premises.
STOCKPILING & COAL LOADING:
All coal producers and consumers make use of stockpiles at their facilities, either to serve as a buffer between material delivery and processing, acting as a strategic stock against supply interruptions, or to enable coal blending to meeting quality requirements. With mounting pressure to minimize the capital tied up in stockpiles, there is no need to optimize coal inventories.
BARGING, TRANSHIPMENT & SHIPPING:
Coal loaded on 300 or 330 feet flat top barge at Antara Jetty Port is transhipped through a safe Anchorage Port of Tanjung Pemancingan or Tanjung Petang. We can serve from Handy, Handymax, Supramax, Panamax and Aframax size vessels. Loading at safe Anchorage Port will be by means of self-loading geared and grabbed vessels at a loading rate of 7,000 t 8,000 Metric Tons per Weather Working Day. Gearless vessels can also be served by means of Offshore Floating Crane which has a capacity of 15,000 Metric Tons loading rate per Weather Working Day.
