This system contains below parts and its description is as below: Battery watering plug (BWP): This plug is made from polyprolene material. It will allow water inside only when the electrolyte level is below plastic float inside. Please note that this BWP will not work on gravity water pressure. It requires Minimum 10 psi water pressure for normal operation. Each BWP has one adaptor for easy fitting in 30 MM TYPE THREAD CELL VENT PLUG. ( there is one more adaptor for lift battery cell 35 mm push in type ) Water feeding pump: It is a 12 v dc windshield washer Pump required to pump and supply water to BWP with pressure. There are two wires coming from battery (on which this system is installed) through Push to on switch. When the switch is pressed then Pump will get on and supply water to BWP (at a time to six nos. plugs.) Please refer images. DM water Tank: It is a 5 liters tank used to store dm water. The water feed Pump is mounted on this tank only. Blue color PU Tubing. : We are providing tubing in continuous shape. And user needs to cut the tube as req. and installed in between two plugs. There is blue color PVC dead cap to use in extreme last plug. Please see photo for ref. Small Plastic Connector: This connector connects 4 mm PU pipe from Pump with 6 m PU pipe to BWP. Other Instructions: The BWP is a low weight delicate, accurate, sensitive plastic moulded and assembled product. So handle it gently, do not apply very high manual pressure to fix in battery cell. Otherwise the top cover will get damage. Keep minimum distance in between DM water tank and Lead acid Battery. When you want to TOP up DM water then simply press and hold Push to ON switch. Now Pump will feed water to each BWP and the flow will become Zero when all Battery cells electrolyte level reaches to BWP float point. When you press switch again then as the electrolyte level is there so every BWP will not allow water into battery cell.
