Single-use visual impact indicator mounted directly to product packaging. Activates when exposed to impact beyond desired threshold and turns bright red to indicate mishandling.
Single use, go/no go devices that determine if fragile products have been dropped during transit or in storage. Field-armable, tamper-proof devices that turn bright red when an impact beyond a specific threshold has occurred. Each unit has a unique identifier to support traceability.
To facilitate the clients, further we are offer authentic range of impact & environmental recorders that is used for recording varied environment conditions during transportation, storage as well operation. These recorders are assembled and incorporated with latest gps / gprs tracking module required to record any kind of impact and generate reports so as to decrease the rate of products damaging. The various environmental factors like humidity, temperature changes, till and atmospheric pressure can be recorded in this devise and can be rectified to reduce the damaging of the products. They are capable of recording shock, vibration or any environment related impact conditions and can exactly record the time duration of the mishandling. These devices are incorporated with advance triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer technology is used for recording the exact amplitude and direction of impact that enables to set certain control measures to prevent the products from damaging further.
Shockwatch tip and tilt sensors continually monitor and/or report the conditions products are exposed to during transit, storage, and operation.

Tiltwatch xtr tip indicator monitors goods that must remain upright to ensure intact delivery. Tiltwatch xtr is a single-use tip indicator that does not activate until it is at an 80o angle +/-5% from vertical.
Tiltwatch plus attached to package’s exterior surface, ‘peel and stick’ pressure sensitive label, is actually three separate registers in a single tilt indicator unit, providing inexpensive 360° tilt monitoring for the entire duration of shipping transit and an unalterable record of damaging excesses.
The skid-mate is an air dampened cushioning device that provides a fast, cost effectiveand durable customized solution to protect sensitive products from shock and vibration.
