This system consists of a tank in which raw materials are fed. This tank consists of pure water. Bubbling action of the water enhances the tumbling effect of the raw materials. This washing process helps to remove Sludge, dirt and mud particles. Then a conveyor collects the washed materials. While travelling in this conveyor a Fresh water spray line cleans excess dirt. The water for this spray line is collected form separate tank. Then it is delivered at the other end through delivery tray. SS Soaking Agitators Chemical socking from Jeya Engineering has developed various systems to thaw frozen IQF, and both block shrimp and then soak in the same system. During and after the thawing, the shrimp can be, if desired, "soaked". After the thawing, additives are added to the water, the shrimp can absorb these additives for a certain period of time. During this soaking the fluid surrounding the product stays in motion. After washing the headless materials it must be soaked in water with additives. For this purpose Soaking Agitator is used. This soaking agitator has a vertical rotating shaft in which leafs are mounted. This shaft is rotated at the desired speed. Tubs are positioned at the bottom of the soaking agitator. The rotary motion enables the headless materials to be completely agitated and soaked. We manufacture two types of soaking agitator by taking type of operation into account.
