FIBC bags are manufactured by polypropylene woven fabrics that are stabilized against UV degradation. Each bulk bag can contain load capacities between 500kgs to 2000kgs with safety of 5:1 or 6:1 (5:1 is for Single use & 6:1 is for multiple use or for UN bags), depending on the bag design and size. Optional LDPE inner liner can be included to provide additional protection against moisture ingress.

Bags made of a tubular piece of fabric that forms all sides of the bag allowing for stitching only for the top and bottom of the bag. Although the fabric is tubular, advanced sewing technology allows circular construction bags to maintain their square shape when filled.
FIBC bags are flexible and can bulge at sides when the material is filled and loses the normal square shape. Extra fabric panels or Baffles are sewn into each of the four corners to reinforce to hold the square shape and makes it comfortable for easy stacking, enhanced form factor and increased structural integrity. Baffle can be done U Panel and 4 panel bags.
