We do de- linting in a most scientific way by using state-of-the art modern machineries. The seeds are arriving directly from our own ginning cleaned properly before we start the processing. When we are starting the process the moisture of the seed will be <15% this will enable us to de- lint the seed properly. We are processing and take 3 cuts of linters. After de linting the seed we are processing the seed through using discdecorticator in the huller machine.

Mechanically hulled sesame seed undergo a low temperature physical hulling during which no additives or chemicals are used. This process implies that the seed contains all its natural richness and flavor while it only loses its skin. The mechanically hulled sesame seed has the nutritional advantage that all proteins, amino acids and vitamins within the seed are easily absorbed from the seed within the human digestive system. The removal of the skin makes the seed softer and better digestible.
