Product Specification The inner and outer ring raceways are segments of cones and the rollers are also made with a taper so that the conical surfaces of the raceways and the roller axes if projected, would all meet at a common point on the main axis of the bearing.> This conical geometry is used as it gives a larger contact patch, which permits greater loads to be carried than with spherical (ball) bearings, while the geometry means that the tangential speeds of the surfaces of each of the rollers are the same as their raceways along the whole length of the contact patch and no differential scrubbing occurs. When a roller slides rather than rolls, it can generate wear at the roller-to-race interface, i.e. the differences in surface speeds creates a scrubbing action. Wear will degenerate the close tolerances normally held in the bearing and can lead to other problems. Much closer to pure rolling can be achieved in a tapered roller bearing and this avoids rapid wear. The rollers are guided by a flange on the inner ring. This stops the rollers from sliding out at high speed due to their momentum. The larger the half angles of these cones the larger the axial force that the bearing can sustain. Tapered roller bearings are separable and have the following components: outer ring, inner ring, and roller assembly (containing the rollers and a cage). The non-separable inner ring and roller assembly is called the cone, and the outer ring is called the cup. Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup.
Product Specification A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races. The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lower coefficient of friction than if two flat surfaces were sliding against each other. Ball bearings tend to have lower load capacity for their size than other kinds of rolling-element bearings due to the smaller contact area between the balls and races. However, they can tolerate some misalignment of the inner and outer races. MBP use improved ball quality to so to provide noise free bearings and smooth running MBP ball bearings have an optimized surface finish on all the contact surfaces to provide the sufficient lubrications this allows the bearings to run cooler and last longer
Bearing We can provide all type of bearings.
Needle roller bearing are used in applications where compact size is required and radial space is limited. This is because these needle roller bearing only carry pure radial load and can not limit the axial displacement of shaft relative to the housing. They have a smaller cross-section, higher load-carrying capacity and greater rigidity, which in turn gives size and weight reductions in machinery. Needle bearings have a large surface area that is in contact with the bearing outer surfaces compared to ball bearings. Additionally there is less added clearance so they are much more compact. The typical structure consists of an inner race, a needle cage which orients and contains the needle rollers, the needle rollers themselves, and outer race. Radial needle bearings are cylindrical and use rollers parallel to the axis of the shaft. Thrust needle bearings are flat and use a radial pattern of needles. Headsets in bicycles use a crooked pattern, so they are able to absorb both parallel and thrust power impacts. Needle bearings are heavily used in engine components such as rocker arm pivots, pumps, compressors, and transmissions. The drive shaft of a rear-wheel drive vehicle typically has at least 8 needle bearings (4 in each u joint) and often more if it is particularly long, or operates on steep slopes. We have a vast range of needle bearings available in different sizes and tolerances for various applications. Our needle roller bearings and cage assemblies are available in single row, double row, solid cage, split cage and metric as well as inch sizes. . Single and double row bearings are available with or without ribs, and with or without inner rings. Thrust bearings are available in single row roller and cage assemblies.
We manufacture and supply a wide range of high quality king pin bearings, which have multiple application in various industries. We give our superior quality polish to our kin pin bearings that enhances their quality, durability, corrosion resistance, performance etc. They are manufactured as per the industry standards, and can also be modified as per the buyers requirements. The varied sizes of the kin pin bearings can be availed at competitive prices.
We offer our clients a large variety of automotive clutch bearings which are manufactured and tested by us to ensure the premium quality we provide. These bearings work efficiently for a long duration of time and serves the automobile and other industries with precision. These bearings are available with us at a cost effective price range. The special design of the clutch release bearings permit maximum speeds at maximum loads. The design has also been proven to have the long life. Anti-rotation feature prevents rotation damage to carrier in constant running applications. It consists of solid steel roll-pin across the bearing fork groove. They are self aligning and accept misaligned loads even where the bearing is tilted away from the engine or transmission centreline. This variable contact design assures a longer life and minimizes noise and vibration. The seal consist of separator and bore liner that excludes contamination and retains grease. We manufacture & supply clutch bearings that are made of qualitative bearing steel. These are made as per the standard make needed in car, truck and other commercial vehicles. Our range is available in various sizes and can be manufactured as per the customer's requirement.
These ball bearings are available with sphere raceway in the outer ring and a double raceway in the inner ring and are suitable for wide applications.
Tapered roller bearings consist of four basic components including the cone (inner ring), the cup (outer ring), tapered rollers, and a cage (roller retainer). Tapered roller bearings are designed such that their conical rollers and raceways are arranged so that all elements of the roller and raceway cones meet at a common apex on the bearing axis. The rollers are guided by the contact between the large end of the roller and the rib on the inner ring (cone). This construction provides a high capacity for radial loads, axial loads, and combined loads. The larger the contact angle, the greater the loading capacity becomes. When a pure radial load is placed on the bearing, an induced load in the axial direction is also generated. So, these bearings are generally used in pairs opposing each other. Tapered roller bearings have the inherent advantage of being adjustable and, they can be set to approach optimum performance in almost any application. These are mainly used in Agriculture, Construction machinery, Automobiles, Gear Boxes & Rolling Mills. We offers a wide range of roller bearings in a variety of configurations like single row, double row & four rows.
Our range of cylindrical roller bearings which are separable. Rollers and raceways feature a modified line contact to eliminate edge stressing. These bearings inner and outer rings are able to transmit thrust loads in addition to radial loads. Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial capacity and low friction, which permits operation at high speed. These bearings are suitable for applications that involve heavy radial & impact loading. A certain amount of thrust loads may be carried. Cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in power generation, oilfield, mining, gear boxes, rolling mills, & in machine tools. We also produce full complement cylindrical roller bearings. They incorporate maximum number of rollers and low sectional height as compared to width allowing very high load carrying capacity. They are suitable for very high radial loads. The rollers are in direct contact with each other and slide against each other while rolling.
Much of arb's success as a bearing manufacturer is largely due to its passionate pursuit of quality of lower cost. With a tremendous focus on manufacturing quality bearings and restrains on cost, it comes as no surprise that arb bearings limiteds is among india's prominent engineering companies.
