Rates provided are FOB.
Purchase order is required by email from the end coustomer/ buyer.
Factory inspection only approval of contract terms between both buyer and Distributor.
Delivery dates mention are applicable only if order confirmed on or before 25th of March.
Con call to reconfirm order, delivery destination and delivery dates with distributor & manufacture and the buyer.
All necessary documents will be shared with certifications upon receiving the contact copy for full 10M
Contract to be signed for full volume of purchase with set deadline and delivery period.
Payment 30% advance depending up on delivery schedules and quantity billed in batches. balance 70% against stocks ready for dispatch.
CIF rates will be worked out only upon order confirmation and after the contract is signed.
