The stone surface finishes supplied by us are natural, honed (half and full), polished, antique, brushed, Sand blasted, shot blasted, flamed, bull nosed, rebated, rock faced, bush hammered, leather finish etc. They are either hand dressed or machine cut on sides and natural or calibrated (gauged) on bottom. Packaging of construction stones such as slate are to be done with utmost care. Stones are understood to be hard in nature but before customer get's his hand in them, they have been subjected to harse treatment as they travel miles through rough seas. Hence it is fundamental and essential that they are securly packed to surpass all the harsh treatment. In order to protect these stones from breakage or even damage (like straining etc.) our dedicated packaging team ensures the right procesures while packing stones in wooden crates. Every crate which leaves our facility has a crate number burned into the wood along with a label which clearly displays the crate's content, crate number, size, number of pieces and colour. The material is packed in wooden boxes / pallets generally made up of Eucalyptus / Mango wood. Then the crates are treated chemically and are fumigated before dispatch. Personal care is taken in brazing and latching the crates to avoid damage during transit. The wooden boxes are finally wrapped in a water proof plastic to avoid any exposure to sun, water or cold.

Typically it is composed of Ferro silicate material and oxides formed when the molten slag is quenched in cold water. This cooling process fractures the slag into coarse, angular particles making it an ideal choice in many applications. It is a low-cost expendable abrasive suited for open blast cleaning and due to its low silica content, it does not pose the health hazards created by silica sand. Its sharp, hard particles can provide a fast cleaning action and an excellent surface profile. We provide airless shot blasting machine having special material handling system. Job Conveying system consists of Tyre type Skew Rollers, arranged at an angle to each other. So that pipe will move forward with rotational movement/mechanism. Machine is best suitable for the high production output and uniform finish. The components placed on inlet side of the Skew conveyor travels forward along with rotational movement and enters into the inlet tunnel. After passing through the inlet tunnel components enters into the blast zone which consists of Blast Wheel. These Blast wheel units are strategically placed around the Blast cabinet. Blast wheels fires the abrasive at high velocity on the forward & rotationally moving component & blast cleans them thoroughly. The Skew conveyors are driven by gearbox provided with VFD control. Tumblast type machines are basically designed for batch type operation. Tumblast Machine consists of Vertical/Horizontal door. Components to be blasted are loaded on to the endless rubber conveyor of the machine from this door. One No. of Blast wheel unit, is strategically placed at the top of the Blast cabinet will fire abrasive at high velocity on the tumbling components and blast cleans them thoroughly. Tumbling action of the rubber belt conveyor ensures that each and every portion of the component will get exposed to the blast stream for through cleaning.
