Biscuit baking oven
This is multi zone indirect fired biscuit oven suitable for general purpose biscuit baking. This oven is divided into several independent heating zones along the chamber. Each zone includes compulsory hot wind circulation system comprising a combustion chamber with burner, circulating fan, turbulence fan, and the associated duct work leading the banks of radiator tubes. The oven identified by technology council, specialists consistently cognizance that is has reached the international level. It can meet the technological requirements for production of different biscuits.
The machine is heated with gas (lpg or natural gas) or oil (diesel / furnace oil) fired imported burners which gives rapid heating up, high efficiency and energy saving . The oven is divided into independent heat control zones whose number depends upon the overall length of the oven. The top and bottom temperature of each zone can be preset and adjusted to reach heating demand of baking different biscuit. The colour, scent and taste of biscuits is overall improved to a higher grade. Features:

Bread baking oven
The rotary rack oven is an all purpose rack oven for use in retail bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, school kitchens, and other food service operations. The oven is suitable for baking all types of breads, rolls, pies, sweet goods, croissants, cakes, cookies, etc. It can also be used for thawing, roasting, and reconstituting frozen foods. You are assured of a uniform, high quality product every time.
The rotary rack oven reduces the handling during make-up as complete racks can be moved from the table to the rack oven instead of individual pans. This offers savings in time and labor cost.
The exterior and interior is stainless steel construction with stainless steel door with window and full view of baking chamber.
The oven has a builtvin effective automatic steam injection system. No outside steam source is required. A water connection is all that is needed.
The rack is easily loaded in the baking chamber. The rotating rack holding mechanism holds the rack from a top skyhook.
An adjustable airflow system produces uniform baking from top to bottom of rack. The rotary rack ovens assure a fast start up (approximately 20 minutes) and high efficiency due to its dual capacity heating system.

Inner jacket from 3.15mm and outer from 2mm s. s. sheets 304 quality. Arrangement for tilting by worm and gear. Complete with heavy structural m.s.frame, pressure gague safety valve, petcock and drain valve available capacity 50 gallons.
Icecream cup filling machine :
Cup filling machine can fill varieties of ice cream such as plain or with ingredients or with ripple using required attachments offered with the machine.
Output :minimum 2800 cups/hour of 100 cc suitable for 300 liter/hour freezer.
Maximum 6000 cups/hour of 100 cc suitable for 600 liter/hour freezer
Ripple machine : Is used for adding different flavours of syrup, thick resin, honey or strawbery crush into flow of ice creame from continuous freezer.
Ripple machine works only on air pressure and no electrical supply required. This machine can also be used with automatic filling and extrusion line also.
Filter, regulator, lubricator and air valve are supplied with ripple machine. Design of the unit is suitable for C.I.P. Cleaning. Ripple machine is fixed with four castor wheel for easy movement.
