METHODS OF USES�· Pre-process:
The substrate must be cleaned down to load bearing grain structure. Before grouting the substrate is to be rinsed until it is saturated excess water will be removed.
Mixing:
MF-8 should be mixed with a slowly rotating mixer to avoid air pockets. First add 2/3 of the totally required water. After mixing for a short time add the balance of water. It should be mixed for approx. 6 minutes.
Plastic consistency for vertical and overhead surfaces: 4 litres of water per 20 kg bag Liquid consistency for injection as per requirement.
Packaging: G-GROUT MF-8 is available in Bulk Jumbo bags with plastic inner liner. The product is also available in 25 kg plastic line bags.
Storage: G-GROUT MF-8 when stored correctly has an indefinite shelf life. Like cement, it must be protected from contamination and moisture. The product can be stored in bulk in a clean, dry storage silo.
Shelf life is at least 12 month in original packaging when stored in dry conditions between 15-25�°C, protected from heat, frost and direct sunlight.
Safety Information: Extensive testing has shown G-GROUT MF-8 to be non-toxic and environmentally benign. No known significant health risks are associated with G-GROUT MF-8 but high con-centrations of dust may cause irritation.
