Acetylated Distarch Phosphate (E1414) is used to stabilise oily foods. E1414 helps to emulsify fat and prevent it from separating. When added to foods, the modified starch forms gels and thickens the texture without having to be heated. E1414 is used in a variety of applications.
Acetylated Distarch Glycerol is prepared by treating starch with acetic acid anhydride and glycerol. This results in a starch that is resistant against stirring and high temperatures and with a high stability after cooling.
They are prepared by physically, enzymatically, or chemically treating native starch, thereby changing the properties of the starch.
Modified starches are used in practically all starch applications, such as in food products as a thickening agent, stabilizer or emulsifier; in pharmaceuticals as a disintegrant; as binder in coated paper.
Infobox references. Phosphated distract phosphate starches can be used as a food additive (E1413) as a freeze-thaw-stable thickener (stabilises the consistency of the foodstuff when frozen and thawed) within the European Union in products such as soups, sauces, frozen gravies and pie fillings.
Acetylated starch, E1420 in the E number scheme of food additives, is a modified starch. These are not absorbed intact by the gut, but are significantly hydrolysed by intestinal enzymes and then fermented by intestinal microbiota.

Powerful lubricating cum penetrating agent with binding property for Linen and polyester yarns for direct warp and sectional warp. The primary purpose of the product is to increase the abrasion resistance of sized warp yarn. Wax and tallow base softeners and lubricants are hydrophobic in nature. Angelube-CE100 contains 100% hydrophilic heads. Its provides penetrating power and also cold water soluble. Its easy biodegradable and not affect the binding property of the size mix. When use tallow and wax in storage it wont spread out evenly in size mix. It causes formation of uneven film property in yarn. This is the main reason for the weaving efficiency fluctuation. Not like that Angelube-CE100 has fully emulsifying property and its act as excellent leveling agent. It provides even film property to whole size mix. It directly reduce warp breakages and improve productivity in fabric formation.
Maltodextrin is used in processed foods as a thickener or a filler, as well as in pharmaceuticals as a binding agent.
It is also used in canned fruits, snacks, cereal, desserts, instant pudding, sauces, and salad dressings.
We are prominent processors and exporters of a wide range of dextrin including Tapioca White Dextrin that protects the fiber by forming a thin coating and also provides stiffness to some of the varieties of interlining fabrics. It is highly appreciated as an efficient thickening agent for textile printing purposes. It is made from eco-friendly raw materials and used as a carrier in color as well as dyestuff industries.
