THERMOL 180 Semi Synthetic High Temperature grease Description : Thermol 180 is a non-melting high temperature grease with extreme pressure additives, formulated from highly refined mineral base oil and bentonite proprietary thickener and solid lubricants. Thermol 180 has non-melting thickener which prevent melt or run-out of grease from bearing at high temperature. Thermol 180 ensures trouble free lubrications at high temperature. It reduces friction and wear. It also extends re-lubrication periods. Typical Physico-Chemical Properties Appearance : Black. Drop point, C : none Penetration worked @ 25 C : 325 Shelf Life : 18 months. Four ball machine o.k. load, N : 2,400 Applications : Thermol 180 can be used in wide range of following high temperature industrial applications from (v) 30 C to 180 C with normal regreasing. However, it can be used upto 200 C with frequent regreasing in :- 1)Furnace door bearings. 2)Kiln car wheel bearings. 3)High temperature conveyor bearings. 4)Exhaust fan bearings. 5)Rotary kiln bearings. 6)Roll neck bearings. 7)Industrial ball and roller bearings in high temperature applications.
