Nobler Copper Free mirror(also called copper and lead free mirror, or eco-friendly mirror), are made with a copper-free solution as well as lead-free solution, it is new generation of mirror. Mirror grade glass is thoroughly cleaned by the scouring scrub with brush unit and detergent. Then the glass surface is sensitized with a diluted solution of tin chloride. This surface treatment bring the deposition of copper free. Copper free nitrate is sprayed on the sensitized glass surface, together with other chemical configurations, then forming a final uniform copper-free layer to avoid silver oxidation. And the protective backside coating could protect the mental layer from scratches and corrosion.
Nobler Aluminum Mirror is produced by the most advanced horizontal production line. The aluminum atoms splash and deposit on the float glass surface in vacuum chamber, and operates on full automatic flow line. Both single coating and double coating are available.
