Bay's honey is the best quality honey containing pure natural food values along with the best colour and test. It is collected from the world's largest mangrove forest "sundarban". Each 100gm of honey generally contains: p.H : 4.5 moisture : 18% carbohydrate : 80 gm protein : 0.3 gm energy : 304 kcal calcium : 5 gm iron : 0.5 mg vitamin b2 : 0.04 gm vitamin c : 4 gm.
