Monofloral honey with excelent smell, delicate flavor, very sweet and balsamic with a medium-high persistence. Collected throughout the province of Granada (Andalusia, Spain). It crystallizes fairly quickly, ideal for respiratory deseases.
Around 3600 Jars (850 Gram net oak honey each jar ) of Oak honey are produced by OrganGenix Farm in Ehden, Lebanon. Our oak honey is forged from the sap of oak trees giving you a highly nutritious with a strong and not so sweet taste. This honey is dark and malty, with a taste and color similar to that of molasses Oak honey is characterized as honey of very high nutritional value. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, it contains large quantities of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.
