Fine particles by Micronization Mill System Our revolutionary pulverizing machine replaces the likes of a conventional ball mill, impact mill, hammer mill, Raymond mill, tower mill, etc. An ultra-fine raptor works by means of a tornado/vortex airstream. With the help of a generated high-frequency air pressure fluctuation and a rotating impeller, the airstream transports the material into the mill s spiral chamber. From there, the particles are distributed evenly into the milling chamber. We are pleased to start commercial sales of proprietary machine but it will be licensing package. We provide a complete manufacturing drawings so that buyer will own manufacture in locally and sell it to local market only. We provide one machine and drawings.

The boring cutter rotation speed is not controlled by the drum diameter. The drum maximum diameter could reach 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm or more (as clients requirements). 5.The chip falls on the conveying chain of the chip removal machine, collected and processed by the chip removal machine. The site is clean with a comfortable working environment.
