This product is the kernel cracked out of the hazelnut in-shell. Hazelnut kernels are in general classified as extra, class 1 and class 2. The main calibrations are 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm and 13-15 mm, while intermediary calibrations are also possible. Raw hazelnuts are in general produced according to the eu standard ts 3075
