Our machine improves the recycling. It adopts highspeed, water cooling grinding wheel, cover an area of 8-10 square meters. The master machine needs power 37kw, it can works for 24 hours constantly and produces 150-200kgs per hour (all depends on the materials and the operation), and 1 worker is enough for operating. The advantages of the machine are obvious. Without crushing and mixing, the waste is grinded into powder directly; the fineness reaches 120-200 mesh. The temperature of the produced powder is 60íµ which is close to normal temperature; therefore, its nature doesn't change. The greatest advantage is that for a 75L internal mixer, you can add 20-25kgs raw and processed material and the thickness of the produced slice increases 3-5mm. What's more, its density is increased, the colour isn't aberrated, and the mixing time has been cut, additionally, the mixer shaft isn't easy to be twisted off.
