Reflective Coating Glass, also called coating glass, is made through special treatment by changing the surface property of a high quality original float glass piece well purified and running with high temperature to form a silicon layer on the glass surface.
The product made in this way is therefore called float on-line coating glass, which has two types of it according to its energy saving function, that is, í¦Sunlight Control Coating Glassí¦ and í¦Low-E Coating Glassí¦.

The Low-E glass has the same coating principle as solar-control glass, but differs from them in material , the structure layer is also more complex ,demanding for equipment with super throughput and excellent accuracy in process control.
The characteristic of Low-E glass is achieved by the silver layer. The oxidation of silver can result in the disappearance of low-E performance ; therefore ,low-E glass cannot be single used in the air ,which means it can only be made into combined glass.

Characteristic
1. Laminated glass is made in this machine. No autoclave or roller press is required. The laminated glass made from this machine is finished product.
2. Vacuum rubber ring and vacuum rubber bag are not required. For details, please refer to the technical description of each model.

Eva interlayer film
The laminated glass made out of this machine requires no pvb. Instead, a special interlayer film eva is used to bind the glass. Not like pvb, eva film is easy to be handled such that it requires no control in temperature and humidity. Hence, no assembly room is needed and thus, air-conditioner and de-humidifier are not required. The laminated glass can be made from one piece of eva film such that excellent anti-penetration strength is obtained without any glass fragmentation in case the laminated glass is broken accidentally.
Glass Straight Line Edging Machine is suitable for grinding flat edge with arrises of different thickness and size glass. Equip with nine bowl or cup shape special purpose wheels, five for flat edge, and four for arrises. The grinding and polishing of flat edge with arrises are finished at one processing

The tempered glass is subjected to a special heat-treatment of about 680 degree and afterwards cooled .If it is colled rapidly, the glass is up to 4 times stronger than before. When it gets broken it chatters into many small fragments which will not lead to major injuries
