- Presentation of lot and batch numbers or SGS-Report within 3 business days after notification of receipt of BCL/SBCL by Seller

- Transfer of agreed purchase price to the ESCROW account within 3 business days after presentation of lot and batch numbers by Buyer

- Deliveries will start within 5 business days after crediting the amount on the ESCROW at the latest
