Bishop' S Weeds Whole (ajwain)
Mewa Basket Ajwain, a small oval-shaped aromatic seed, may taste bitter or pungent in the first go but work its magic slowly and steadily. Cooking ajwain mellows it somewhat; when crushed, they have a solid and distinctive thyme-like fragrance.

Ajwain seeds are used to temper dals, pakoras, bread, etc. You can also boil two teaspoons of roasted ajwain seeds in water and drink it after straining. Mewa Baskets Organic bishop weed can add a subtle taste to your Indian dishes and supplements like chutney and dips.
