The price will be negotiated between the seller and the buyer according to the
quantity, the schedule and the methods of payment.

DELIVERY TERMS
The SELLER shall authorize the arrangement of the testing date of the consignment, upon and after the signing the Agreement in accordance with the procedures, for the confirmation of an agreed inspection date. The buyer will make his arrangements within a period of 15 days checking the goods.
INSPECTION
Before each shipment, a chemical analysis of the goods will be carried out and is part of the invoice.
TRANSPORT
All costs until destination Port are at seller's expense (no tax, customs)
All costs at unloading port are on buyer's expense tax, customs, etc)
PROCEDURES
a) Buyer issues LOI along with banking coordinates and company profil. Seller reviews the LOI and other documents and upon acceptance issues the Draft Contract for the buyer to review and accept.
b) After the buyer with all information needed, signs and seals the Draft contract and agrees with the terms, returns the contract to the seller.
c) Finally the delivery and shipment begin after the procedures between parties are authorized by finalizing the contract with the specified term and conditions.
