Roasting is a typical process that uses hot air to heat peanuts evenly, roasting enhances peanut indicating different roasting result, thus can satisfy various production, e.g. whole peanut blanching, split peanut blanching, peanut chopping, peanut coating, peanut butter grinding, peanut candies, and peanuts frying production.
Principle:
Multifunctional Roaster use 3 variable factors to control roaster and realize the optimized result, 1.roasting temperature is from 95-180�°C (200 �°F to 360 �°F), 2.roasting belt speed is from 25-40hz, 3. Thickness of material is from 4-10mm. It is a continuous and fully automatic roasting process from feed peanuts to roasted peanut comes out.
Commonly we divide roaster into high temperature roasting area, transition area and cooling area. During roasting is undergoing, peanuts stay on the perforated stainless steel conveyor belt, hot air comes from top gas burners, is blown by air blower to the top of conveyor belt, at the same time, we equip with blade type wheel to distribute hot air evenly to everywhere of conveyor belt, at the same time, another hot air blower on the bottom of roasting belt is blowing hot air from bottom side, it occurs hot air recycle inside, the hot air flow can ensure each peanut is heated evenly & entirely. After roasting finishes, peanut goes into cooling area via transition area, high pressure cold air from outside can bring the heat of peanuts away and cool down the surface temperature to room temperature.
The roaster utilizes heat radiation principle to archieve the roasting & drying purpose. The heating power can be gas/electricity, combustion using butane gas at the bottom of drum, then nut material is heating inside of roaster drum, hence finishes heat exchange (electricity type adopts heating elements to work on the drum body, then inside material is heated). A motor reducer is equipped on the back of roaster to drive the drum rotating, it has two ways-: positive direction is for feedin, the opposite direction if for output. There also has screw plate inside of drum to push the peanut forward and backward evenly, thus cause the peanut roasted equally.

Principle:
The peanut sheller is designed with two shelling drums (Model HJ1600) or three shelling drums (Model HJ3500, HJ4500 and HJ6000). The peanut are feed to the first drum, under the beaten of shelling grates and concaves, the shells and kernels are separated, then firstly shelled nuts flow to the vibrating sifter for separation, light shells are blown by air blower,heavier peanut kernels go to outlet, at the same time, under the function of vibrating gravity sifter, the small percentage of unshelled peanuts will flow into the second outlet and feed into 2nd drum for repeated shelling process until it is shelled.
Advantage:
1. It has 3-4 rollers for shelling, different shapes of rasp bars, the function of sorting and sieving, second shelling makes the machine with high shelling ratio and low breaking ratio.
2. Because HJ Peanut sheller sort peanut into two grades by sorter, small peanut and big peanut, then sorted big and small peanut goes separately to their fitted shelling device according to the size, so the shelling ratio is higher.
3. And also because the unshelled peanut will return to shelling device for second shelling, finally peanuts can be totally shelled .
