(3) wash dough: after (2) steps, add the water about 15kg to hopper, start washing dough, 3 minutes later, stop the machine to discharge the batter. (4) the second washing time not exceed 5 minutes, and following 2 times could be longer. Above all, wash, discharge, filter, four times, then the gluten will be finished.
