Wood-plastic composites (wpc) is a new kind of composite material which has been booming in recent years. It refers to the use of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride instead of the usual resin adhesive, above the wood flour, rice husk, straw and other waste plant fiber mixed into a new wood material, and then by extrusion, molding, injection molding and other plastic processing technology to produce the plate or profile. Mainly used for building materials, furniture, logistics and packaging industries. The plate, with a certain percentage of plastic and wood powder, by hot extrusion molding, called the extruded wood-plastic composite sheet.

CP-201 is a three-component material. With organic and inorganic complex, it can provide a solid, and thermal shock resistant floor. It is solvent free and is a â??Green Productâ??. The finish is easy to clean, water-resistant, abrasion- resistant and good impact- resistant. With binary complex bond, it can resist the growth of moulds.

Application
A. Substrate preparation:
1.Ensure that the substrate is solid and remove dust, grease or other contaminants by
grinding or blasting.
2.Enhance bonding with anchor grooves.
B. Application of CP-201
1. Prime the substrate with PU primer.
2. Mix A, B and C continuously until it becomes a smooth and lump-free paste. Apply the
mixture with special feeder to designed thickness and smooth the finish with steel
trowel or spatula for use.
Do not apply it without professional workers.
