- r-steel, rpp& rpp-e anchor bolts are fastening elements used to connect precast building components such as beams, columns and walls to adjoining elements or foundations. Rpp bolts for moderate loads and rpp-e bolts are used for high loads. - r-steel, rpk-n2/ rpk-e2 column shoes are fastening components used with anchor bolts to create moment resisting connections for precast columns to foundations or linking columns together, - r-steel, rsk-n, rsk-e wall shoes fastening components create tension resisting connections across joints between two precast wall elements or between precast wall element and a site cast structure. - the advantages of this connection system are rapid assembly of the columns eliminating the need for temporary bracing during installation. - additional ral washer plates are supplied with the associated wall shoes to form the connection to the matching base bolts. - these r-steel, components are used in combination to prevent any fit issues from different suppliers

It develops its load resistance by virtue of anchorage provided by studs or bars welded to steel plate. Fastening systems are categorized into the following types based on their area of application and load carrying capacities. SBKL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 8-15 mm Headed studs.Steel For lighter loads. KL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 8-15 mm Ribbed bars as anchors. For dynamic anchoring. JRL Fastening Plates Plate thickness 25-30 mm Ribbed bars as anchors. For heavy loads. Salient Features - Load capacities ranging from 0.5 to 12.5 Tons - All plates available in steel, stainless steel, and acid resistant materials. - Both Galvanized as well as Epoxy coated are available. - Fastening plates with Anchors S235JR+AR have a 40 �m protective painting on top surface and on sides. - Plates 1.4301 and 1.4401 have no surface coating. - Resistances are calculated for concrete C25/30. - Resistances take into account the manufacturing tolerances and an assembly tolerance of ± 15 mm. - Dimensions for dynamic loads must be done separately. - All plain steel plates come with painting to prevent rusting at the warehouse and at site. - Fastening plates are marked with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy control mark, the emblem of R-Group Finland Oy, the type of the fastening plate and production date. - R-STEEL, fastening plates are tested, approved and, in terms of load resistance, designed according to Eurocodes. - R-STEEL, also provides tailor made fastening products as per project requirements.
