e equipment was manufactured by Jeffrey Rader AB, Sweden in 1995 and it is in very good operational condition. It consist of two heavy duty rolls with removable profilied surfaces which rotate towards each other and presses overzised wood chips between the profiles. Roll drives 2 x 110 kW / 1500 rpm connected with two gearboxes. Hydraulic pump 7.5 kW, capacity 220 m3/h wood chips.

The equipment was manufactured by Jeffrey Rader Inc, Sweden in year 1995, manufacturers type is DynaYield 80-300 and it is in good operational condition. The Chip Conditioner consists of two heavy duty rolls with removable profiled surfaces. They rotate towards each other and pull the oversize chips between them. The profiled surfaces are aligned so that the pyramid apexes on one roll travel in the valleys of the apexes on the adjacent roll. With normal oversize wood, the Conditioner typically generates less than 1% fines and 3% pins
The normal application for the Chip Conditioner is in a chemical pulping process, processing the oversize materials by fissuring the wood chips parallel with the grain to allow the cooking liquors to penetrate the chip, and allow the oversize chip to cook as an acceptable size chip. Another application is in a thermo-mechanical pulping process (TMP), as a preconditioning
An important feature of this machine is its ability to handle small portions of tramp without going off-line. With the so called Dynagage Conditioner, the dynamic roll is allowed to move away from the static roll, and once the tramp is through the unit, the roll automatically moves back to the proper set point without shutting down the flow and together with slow rotation speed enable were low down time and maintenance costs. Roll distance movements are made with a hydraulic system build on the equipment and controlled by 3 position sensors

The equipment is designed and manufactured by Gough & Co Ldt, UK in year 1999 / installed in 2000, manufacturer’s type single deck Vibracon GVF4. We have totally 3 identical units which were dismantled in 2007 and all of them are in very good operational condition. These are single deck circular screen design for high velocity scalping, de-watering or single deck separation in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. (These units were screening oversized particles in PVC - granulate factory truck loading station) The perforated screen and all product touching parts are made on stainless steel AISI 304L. Top deck houses the screen and the discharge spout for oversize particle removal is fitted to it. Top deck is supported with mechanical spring and vibration movement is created by two contra rotating vibrating motors on the outside of the unit so there are no internal working parts. Vibration power can be adjusted.

There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. In addition, we can offer you service maintenance by the manufacturer at separate cost.

This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.
The preliminary intake air filters are combination of cyclone and bag filter and it removes most of the dust from inlet air. Fine filter is a combination of cyclone and 138 ceramic fine filters which removes fine dust very effectively.
