R-Steel® Wire Loops and Boxes manufactured by R-Group Finland Oy are steel parts consisting of a high strength steel wire and a steel box. R-Steel® Wire Loop boxes are very easy to use on site, with proven no tool tear off tape that releases the flexible loops. Our wire loop box range includes: Single wire loop boxes and Double wire loop boxes. Highly effe�cient product available for both precast and cast in situ structure. It is mainly used in the connection of slabs, walls and columns. Quality control of the wire rope loops is done according to the requirements of the Finnish Code of Building Regulations and the instructions according to the quality and environment system of the R-Group Finland Oy (ISO9001 and ISO 14001). R-Group Finland Oy has a quality control contract with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy. The steel box and the wire rope are zinc coated. Zinced products are passivized with min. 1 month of storage. R-Steel Loop is a flexible wire rope is bent to loop and held together by compression sleeve. R-Steel® Loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop. The wire boxes have the advantage of ease of casting and protection of the loop, however the R-Steel® loops can be used in thinner panels and can also be used for lifting. Single Wire Loop Boxes For Single Boxes available standard wire lengths of 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm and 140 mm. Double Wire Loop Boxes Double Wire Loop Box offers unique solution for joining double walls to precast elements. Design resistances can be achieved in all directions. The equipment have been dismatled since 2008 and inspected and serviced for operation condition and they are ready for immediate delivery We have totally 2 units of uninstalled complete wind turbines manufactured by Danish A/S Nordtank in year 1988, manufactures type NTK 130 with rated power of 2 x 145 kW. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle. The blades are made by Danish company LM- Glasfiber, material is glass fiber reinforced polyester and they have self-supporting structure with bushing roots. The blades have also hydraulically activated tip brakes which automatically rotate the tips to a 90 degree break angle when wind is lost or it can be used for maintenance stoppage. This laminating tunnel / convection oven is made by Swedish TRIAB / Tri Innovations AB in year 2006. The oven is designed for industrial use and in build up in two separable laminating sections, both equipped with one 40.5 kW hot air sections, one product and one return conveyors and common control unit. All product touching parts are made either of stainless steel (structures and panels) or Teflon made net belts. Convection belt (600 mm wide) is located inside of the oven tunnel and has grid type surface, the return conveyor is installed on the tunnel and it has tight waived Teflon belt. The control cabinet is attached to the equipment structures. The speed of laminating conveyor is adjusted with an inverter driven motor. Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. The line is designed to fill beer in to three different type of 0,33 litre glass bottles, label the bottles neck around and lower body small around and pack the bottles in to 4 x 6 bottle cartoon boxes. This bottling line capacity is 20000 bph. Clean glass bottles were brought on wooden pallets to depalletizer which feed them to the filling lines. Innofill DMG bottle filling machine and Handtmann MMS filtration system are located in a clean air room. KHS lamella conveyor system for bottle transport and cartoon boxes.
