Chitosan is a linear polysaccharide composed of randomly distributed -(1-4)-linked D-glucosamine (deacetylated unit) and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (acetylated unit). It is made by treating shrimp and other crustacean shells with the alkali sodium hydroxide.
Chitosan has a number of commercial and possible biomedical uses. It can be used in agriculture as a seed treatment and biopesticide, helping plants to fight off fungal infections. In winemaking it can be used as a fining agent, also helping to prevent spoilage. In industry, it can be used in a self-healing polyurethane paint coating. In medicine, it may be useful in bandages to reduce bleeding and as an antibacterial agent; it can also be used to help deliver drugs through the skin.
More controversially, chitosan has been asserted to have use in limiting fat absorption, which would make it useful for dieting, but there is evidence against this.
Other uses of chitosan that have been researched include use as a soluble dietary fiber.

EDDHA, is a chelate that protects nutrients against precipitation in a wide pH-range: 4-9, which is higher than EDTA and DTPA in pH range. This makes the EDDHA-chelates suitable for alkaline and calcareous soils as well as soils containing high levels of carbonate. It is mainly used for fertigation in open fields and soil injection as well as fertigation in high tech, soil-less cultures. The product contains the highest percentage of the ortho-ortho isomere: 4.8% o-o and it is easy, rapid to dissolve in water and compatible with most water-soluble fertilizers.

We are professional factory specializing in the production of granulation machine. One is DH series granulator, for this kind, the final granules shape is 2-4mm irrgelar shape granules. The other kind is DG model, the final granules shape is Oblate shape around 5.1mm. DH series has the hydraulic system, so DH has the larger pressure of press. But they have the same working principle which is using the double roller to make the powder materials into granules. DH series granulator machine is suitable for almost kinds of dry powder with moisture less than 1%. But DG model machine is only suitable for some crystal , single-formular with moisture2-3%, such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, salt , etc. Please can you tell me the moisture of your raw material?

3.About our granulation line working principle, I will introduce you the whole granulating process (it takes DH650 for example):
1). We use mixer to the raw material for more uniform feeding.---Mixer
2). We use bucket elevator lift the material up to the silo.----Bucket elevator and Silo
3). The DH650 granulator compress the raw material by double rollers, it mainly depending on the mechanical pressure to compress the dry powder, so the hardness of granular is very high.---------DH650 granulator (including three parts: dosage screw feeder, forced feeder and flaking machine.)
