Shakri Pseudomonas contains the bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens. Spores of Pseudomonas fluorescens controls root and rots caused by Schlerotina and Rhizoctonia, Damping off caused by pythium, Blights/ leaf spots caused by Alternaria, Ascochyta, Cercospora, Macrophomina, Myrothecium & Ramularia, Downy mildews and Powdery mildews and Fungal diseases. When applied in the soil, the bacteria move towards the plant roots and grow profusely over the root surface. It then enters the vascular streams, reach the leaves and act as a systemic biocontrol agent against diseases. The bacteria produces antibodies. Once it grows over the root surface, it acts as a shield against the invading plant pathogens. Further, it secretes several plant growth substances, and these gibberelin û like compounds contribute to vigorous growth of the plant. Microbial Count : 2 X 108 CFU / gm of the carrier. Shelf Life : Minimum 6 months. Dosage & Direction : i)Seed or Seeding root treatment : Mix Shakti Pseudomonas at the rate 20gms in 1Lt of water.
