New-type movable plank house is constructed by hot galvanized steel plates as the frame, and core boards (rock wool board, foam board, glass cotton board) as the maintenance materials and they are assembled at the standard module (1.22/1.77m. They will form a new-type of movable plank house that is excellent in insulation protection, corrosion resistance and airtight performance, beautiful, flexible, easy to disassembly and assembly, and can be recycled and reused for many times. 5. Method and payments :
a.Price US $450/square meter
cost of pre-fabrication within Indonesia
b. Down payments 50% of total pre-fabrication cost we will start pre-fabrication as soon as we receive the down payment.
c. Second payment: 40% of total pre-fabrication cost when the materials and workers arrive at location (Indonesia) at the assembly site.
d. third (last) payment: 10% of total pre-fabrication cost upon completion of assembly.(Indonesia)
e. if a wooden house directly on exports to the destination country, second payment of 40% and third (last) payments 10% using L / C facilities before the goods are shipped to the country of destination ( full payments).
